FNEC Videoconferencing Program

• Provide regular technical support, training, consultation services and advanced technical support (recording and Webcast) to ensure the proper operation of the videoconference equipment and develop material to provide training.
• Provide videoconference bridge management support services to FNEC member and non-member communities which need a multipoint connection or must connect to videoconference sites that are using other technologies.
• Provide videoconference bridge management support services to interest groups (First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Health and Social Services Commission) and various organizations.
• Promote this technology to potential partners and interest groups to enhance or maintain local development (training).
