The FNEC has decided to solidify the objectives of the technology department, which are to support community implementation of ICT's and to assist and to coordinate relative technology support programs.

We are proud to present this new training page on our website. This page will be dedicated to providing information on available ICT training given by the FNEC and will also offer a quick access to different educational tools and resources. Training delivery methods will vary according to the demand and the needs of the courses. Here is a list of the methods we advocate:

• On-line classroom: using audio/video communication via the Internet that allows sharing a desktop.
