  Can I book a videoconference on-line?
   
YES, you can request a booking through our Website at www.cepn-fnec.com. We will then confirm availability.
     
  How can I book a videoconference?

  What information is required to make a booking?
   
To make a booking you must indicate the date and time of the videoconference, the number of persons who will take part, and the sites you want to connect. You must also provide a list giving the contact persons for each site.
     
  Where can I hold videoconference sessions?
   
We have 29 sites in operation, using either IP or ISDN connections. Check the directory at our Website.

  Can I present documents during a videoconference?
    YES, you can present documents in computer form (diskette, USB key, CD, DVD) during a videoconference.
   
  Can I share applications from my PC?
    YES, we can connect your portable computer to the videoconference system.
     
  Can I have Internet access during a videoconference?
    YES, you have Internet access at no additional cost.
     
  Do you provide demonstrations of your service?
    YES, contact our Technology sector to arrange one.
     
  How can I open Office 2007 files with my Office 2000/XP/2003?
   

-Install Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack

By installing the Compatibility Pack in addition to Microsoft Office 2000, Office XP, or Office 2003, you will be able open, edit, and save files using the file formats new to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007. The Compatibility Pack can also be used in conjunction with the Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003, Excel Viewer 2003, and PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to view files saved in these new formats. - Optimal Videoconference Conditions
     
  What are the optimal conditions for a videoconference?
   
There should be an opaque curtain to make sure the room is dark enough. There should be good lighting, a microphone at the centre of the room, no disruptive noises, and no echoes. Participants should wear light clothing and ties should be in solid colours.
     
  What is the maximum number of sites that can be connected at the same time?
    We recommend that you connect no more than 6 or 7 sites at the same time.

  Does a videoconference save me money?
   
YES, it allows you to optimize your time management, bring people together quickly, make decisions faster, provide distance training, and save money on travel costs.
     
  What are the benefits of a videoconference?
    A videoconference is flexible, practical, professional and versatile.
     
  What are the costs if the videoconference is cancelled?
