To make a booking you must indicate the date and time of the videoconference, the number of persons who will take part, and the sites you want to connect. You must also provide a list giving the contact persons for each site. |

By installing the Compatibility Pack in addition to Microsoft Office 2000, Office XP, or Office 2003, you will be able open, edit, and save files using the file formats new to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007. The Compatibility Pack can also be used in conjunction with the Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003, Excel Viewer 2003, and PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to view files saved in these new formats. What are the optimal conditions for a videoconference? |
| |
|
There should be an opaque curtain to make sure the room is dark enough. There should be good lighting, a microphone at the centre of the room, no disruptive noises, and no echoes. Participants should wear light clothing and ties should be in solid colours. |
