Help Desk

In order to help you as efficiently as possible with your videoconference, computer or server problems etc., the FNEC has set up a help desk for the member communities.

Here’s how to get help:

  • Select the type of support required.
  • Enter your name, telephone number and your e-mail address.
  • Offer help desk services to First Nation schools (communities) needing technical assistance and or consultation support in the domain of ICT.
  • Explain your problem in as much detail as possible in the space below.
